Policies
At Milan Visions, we believe clear communication creates the best experience for everyone. The following policies are in place to ensure each project is completed with excellence, respect, and intentionality.
Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and the required invoice payment must be received before any project begins.
All payments are processed securely through our approved payment methods. Project timelines begin once payment, completed questionnaires, and any required materials have been received.
Communication
Communication is conducted through email to ensure all project details, revisions, and approvals are documented.
Business hours are Saturday–Wednesday from 9:00am-5:00pm. Responses are typically provided within 1–2 business days.
Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revisions, as outlined in your selected package.
Additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to an additional fee.
Project Timeline
Timelines vary depending on the scope of your project.
Timely communication and prompt delivery of requested content are essential to keeping your project on schedule. Delays in receiving necessary information may result in adjustments to your delivery timeline.
Refund Policy
Due to the creative nature of design services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
If a project is canceled before any design work has started, eligibility for a refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, logos, images, copy, and other requested materials before the project begins.
Milan Visions is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or delayed communication.
Intellectual Property
Final approved designs become the client's property upon full payment unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
Milan Visions reserves the right to showcase completed work within our portfolio, website, and social media unless a confidentiality agreement has been established.
Creative Rights
Milan Visions maintains creative discretion throughout the design process and reserves the right to decline revisions or requests that fall outside the agreed project scope or conflict with our creative standards and values.

As a Christ-centered creative studio, we reserve the right to respectfully decline projects that conflict with our mission, values, or sincerely held beliefs. We are committed to treating every person with professionalism, kindness, and respect.
